get to know usThe Holy Qur’an memorization circles began in Bisha Governorate in the year 1387 AH, then came under the umbrella of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in the year 1401 AH, and continued until the Charitable Society for Memorizing the Holy Qur’an was established in Bisha in the year 1413 AH under the supervision of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, which gave the association a wide scope.
To begin achieving its lofty goals in serving, publishing, teaching and memorizing the Book of God Almighty, and on 11/15/1415 AH the association was granted license No.
(6/1).
In the year 1439 AH, His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Abdulaziz inaugurated the association’s identity with its new name (Mishkat).
